Information for you, prior to your Fast Floors Epoxy Floor transformation

Before your Epoxy Booking

First of all, thank you for supporting our small Family Business and booking your Epoxy Flooring with Fast Floors!

We can't wait to transform your floor- but before we arrive, we ask the following:

  • Clear your Garage and any areas to be Epoxied

It might seem obvious, but please completely clear any areas that will be epoxied.  This includes and removable shelving units, fridges, tiles and building materials.

Basically- there cannot be anything, large or small, on the floor.

  • Please do not clean, wet, or apply anything to the areas that will be Epoxied

We understand you may want to clean up for us, but definitely don't clean your floor or the driveway!  The Concrete cannot be wet, or damp at all- if it is, we will not be able to apply your epoxy and your booking will be delayed.

Concrete can hold moisture if  it has been wet, the epoxy application will fail-  so better off to leave the cleaning to us!

  • Check your colour selections

We will note your colour selections in the booking email and text confirmation- please let us know if these are incorrect asap as colours and flake are pre-ordered.

  • Booking reminders and Application Process

You will receive a courtesy booking reminder by email and text 2 days prior to your booking.  The process is typically over two days.  With floor preparation, epoxy and flake application on Day 1 and Clear seal application on Day 2.  To be safe- we suggest allowing 3 days.

  • Our arrival time on the day

Please note times are estimates depending upon the location of a booking prior to you. On the day, a text message confirmation will be sent when we are on our way to your location.

Our contactless COVID Safe Plan

With the most recent update from July 31st, we are able to return to work.

We are based in an "authorised" LGA and will only be working within other authorised LGA's.

To keep both you, our clients, and us safe- we have implemented a contactless work policy and procedure- we have been doing this for over a year now, so no need to worry- we have it down pat!

It has become our standard procedure  to make sure we can continue providing you all with Epoxy Floor goodness...

-Quotes via phone and text to avoid unnecessary contact

-We already wear industrial masks while working

-Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes used on all materials

-Contactless completion of your job.

On the day of your booking:

To keep things contactless please see below

  • We will send an SMS on the day of your booking when Luke is on his way to your booking location.

  • Please make sure  1. Your garage remote is left in an accessible spot for him, he will need this to close the garage enough that it does not touch your new floor   2. please also let him know where the remote is hidden/placed by replying to the SMS. We recommend the electrical box or letter box

  • Please if you are home, remain inside.

  • Payment is also contactless- we will issue an invoice payable by card, or direct deposit.

We’ve taken the initiative to “redo” and update our COVID-19 training to keep both you, our clients, safe and also our own family.  We are able to provide our training certificate too, it's also available on our facebook page to view.

Please contact us if you have any questions, if not, we will see you on the booking date!
